At Complete Automotive Services, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your car key or accessory, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase

  • Custom-cut keys or programmed keys are not returnable unless defective

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Approve or reject your return

  • If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrectly shipped

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
